ADVANCED PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGIES

The production of SYNERGY starter batteries is based on ExMET (Expanded Metal) technology. It consists of a perforation of the metal strip followed by stretching. As a result, the plates have a more rigid structure, are less susceptible to corrosion, and provide higher battery performance. At the same time, we use the advanced Calcium – Calcium technology. The difference with this technology is that it uses calcium as an additive to the plates. The self-discharge level of a calcium battery is less than half that of a conventional battery. SYNERGY also surpasses most batteries in terms of starting current, reliability and life.
