Schuberth has entered the Adventure segment with their fantastic E1. The Schuberth E1 is modular adventure helmet: the chin bar can be opened up and the peak will move with it. The peak is also easily removable.
The outer shell is constructed from Schuberth's innovative mix of carbon and fibre glass, keeping the weight of this helmet down to 1690g. The air intakes on the chin and forehead allow cool air to flow into the helmet and keep you cool. Like on all other Schuberths, the E1 features an Optics 1 distortion free visor. Of course the E1 is supplied with an anti-fog Pinlock lens. With one move of the hand you can extend or retract the internal sun visor.
The COOLMAX liner provides a good climate on the inside of the helmet and has excellent moisture wicking capacities. The liner can easily be removed and washed. Like with all their helmets, Schuberth have made huge efforts to keep this helmet as quiet as possible. It has been tested in the wind tunnel and thanks to the spoiler and specific helmet shape, the E1 is very stable at high speeds.
