The Schuberth SR2 is Schuberth's entry into the class of premium racing helmets. The SR2 has surpassed the SR1 in every single aspect. It's lighter, more aerodynamic and quieter than its predecessor. Schuberth have put a lot of effort into developing the new ventilation system and not without results: the SR2 vents up to 11 liters of fresh air every second. To keep the helmet as compact as possible the SR2 comes in three different shell sizes. The outer shell is constructed from an innovative carbon and fibre glass mix is very lightweight at 1295g and offers superior protection. The new spoiler decreases lift and increases stability at high speeds.
The Schuberth SR2 has an Optics 1 visor which is completely free of optic distortions. An anti-fog Pinlock insert visor is supplied. The chin strap buckle is a double-D system and features the AROS (Anti Roll-Off System) which limits the movement of the chin strap to prevent the helmet from rolling off the head.
