All our webshops have specific warranty conditions to ensure that your purchases are covered. Below you will find the details about the warranty on bicycles and other products. Don't forget that your invoice serves as your proof of warranty, so keep it safe!

Warranty on Bicycles

  • Five-year warranty on the frame and fixed front fork.

  • Five-year warranty on the paintwork against rust from within.

  • Two-year warranty on rotating and electrical parts. This does not apply to wear parts such as tires, brake pads and chains.

Warranty on Other Products

For all products other than bicycles, the manufacturer's own warranty conditions apply. Make sure you check these conditions for specific details.

Warranty handling

Do you think one of your purchases is eligible for warranty? Follow the steps below:

  1. If reasonably possible, return the item in its undamaged and original packaging to the address provided. The shipping costs are at your own expense.

  2. Please include a copy of your invoice and a written description of the complaint with the shipment. Your invoice is your proof of warranty.
