The right size:

Important: How to take the right size? There are two sizes.

On the floor (between the skirting boards) and at a height of 75 cm.

(There may be a skirting board at the bottom of the wall.)

With these two measurements you can find the right gate.

A gate that fits between both sizes.

Please note, when mounting ON a step, there is a good chance that the sizes will NOT fall within the range.

We therefore advise NOT to mount this gate on a step.

(in addition, the risk of tripping is then very high.)

How does a clamp gate work:

The Premier is a rock-solid clamp gate that can be clamped between two walls WITHOUT drilling or SCREWS. But also in a doorway or in a frame. (but NOT in a window) The gate can easily be opened with one hand by an adult, but a child cannot do that yet. You open it in TWO movements. First unlock the handle and move it upwards. Then lift the door approx. 15 mm. The door is also fixed at the bottom.

The FRAME is NOT welded crooked:

We notice that some customers think the gate is crooked when they open the box.

There is then a large gap between the frame and the door at the height of the handle. But the gate is NOT crooked, that seems because the gate has not yet been mounted.

During installation, the gate will “align” itself and the door will be straight.

Safety:

Of course, the gate is fully approved. And meets the strictest European safety standards DK-EN1930:2011.

Clamp gate / Door gate can NOT float or be placed at an angle against the wall.

Therefore, read the instructions CAREFULLY in advance.
