Goliath Build or Boom skill game Build or Boom is played by two people. Each player gets the same number of 'blocks' to build and then the first card is turned over. Both players look at it carefully and then count down from three to one. The first person to build the structure on the card hits the dynamite stick of the opponent, causing that person's structure to explode! On to the next structure.
