Het passend maken van dit mond bitje :

- Breng water aan de kook.
- Na het koken haalt u de pan van de warmte bron.
- Laat het water 30 seconden staan alvorens u het mond bitje in het hete water legt.
- Doe het mond bitje 90 seconden in het warme water.
- Dan rustig het bitje goed plaatsen op uw boveng gebit en eerst met uw vingers goed aandrukken en daarne stevig en hard genoeg inbijten.
- 30 seconden wachten.
- En dan voorzichtig uit uw mond halen.
- 20 seconden afkoelen in koud water
- Mocht het bij de 1e keer niet goed gelukt zijn dan kunt u dit herhalen.
