* I found this product to be much more comfortable than the Duro-Med product which was super stiff. I can't comment on the ease of removing the gel pack since I haven't tried to use it yet. The single-strap design seems to be pretty standard on these products and is even visible in the picture. It's more than long enough to fit around my office chair and holds it in place ok.

*I use mine all over the place. Saves my lower back from my smooshy couch!

*This has saved my back. I saw a lot of reviews about it being difficult to take out the temperature pack, but I've never had an issue. I love it, and it keeps my back from hurting after a long work day. The lumbar support is ok, but not great. To be honest, I haven't even been bothered by that, as the ability to keep ice on my back has been so wonderful.
